I received my training at Piano Technician Academy, and have also received mentorship from Sally Phillips (Columbus Symphony Orchestra,) Ralph Miyashiro (San Diego Symphony Orchestra,) Brian Janey (Allegro Piano,) and many others.  I regularly attend various workshops, conventions, and seminars, as I continue to expand my knowledge base. 

      I am a meticulous and tenacious piano tuner.  As a lifelong pianist, singer, and composer, I have a deep understanding of musicality, and seek to bring out the maximum capabilities in every piano I service.  I have had clients say that I take longer than other piano tuners they've hired.  This is a byproduct of the high standards I have, as well as the time it takes for me to implement additional piano tuning stabilization techniques.  These techniques may extend the length of the appointment, especially during my first encounter with the piano.  In my experience, the resulting piano tuning is more stable, and will last longer, provided the piano is kept in an appropriate environment.

      In addition to my work as a Piano Technician, as previously mentioned, I am also a singer, songwriter and composer.  I have written two musicals, with another in development.  I am also currently working on new music, which I hope to release in 2024.
